At Armes Ranch you will find quality rodeo performance horses of any level. Lots of time, work, and effort are put into the horses daily to produce a sound partner in and out of the rodeo arena.  Bray and Neelley Armes have been riding and rodeoing since the age of 5 and have lots of experience in and out of the rodeo arena.  Bray and Neelley are both members of the PRCA, WPRA, AQHA, NBHA, USTRC just to name a few.  Bray is a professional Steer Wrestler and also shows his talents in the Team Roping and occasional Calf Roping.  Neelley has been Barrel Racing professionally since 2002 and was a college champion in the Breakaway Roping and a money earner in Team Roping. Bray and Neelley were both highschool and college champions with schools such as Texas A&M University, Howard College, and Tarleton State University. Bray has gone on to win the PRCA Texas Circuit in 2004 and rank in the top 30 of the World Standings. Neelley was apart of the 2005 Tarleton State Girls Team NIRA National Champions and was the 2006-2007 National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association President in her last year of college rodeo. Bray and Neelley are now enjoying themselves on the farm raising their kids Breely & Drake, rodeoing, and training horses.

He is level headed, quick, catty and loves to hunt a cow. He is solid on the heel side, and is our upcoming calf horse. He has a winter of working cattle out in the wheat field under his belt and has become the #1 horse for day work. Don't be suprised if this little athlete is seen running barrels because he has a mind to do it all. He is currently in barrel training with Neelley to be finished out. We are super excited to see how this handsome boy turns out! Will make an exception ALL-Around horse for any age rider. He super gentle and kid safe but has the athletic ability work at a high caliber. We bought him as an un-broke 2yo out of Louisiana. He was broke by Brook Bearden in Stephenville, Tx and trained by Bray and Neelley Armes.

Reno is LEGEND around here and part of the family. Starting at age 6 he started his long and still going career of winning. He is a champion in all the above events and has taken 3 sisters through the ranks of junior rodeos, high school and college. He has won over 100 saddles and too many buckles to count. He is a 2-time Southwest Region Mens & Women's Horse of the Year and is so deserving of much much more. He is semi-retired with the Armes Family in hopes to hang around for starting Breely's rodeo career.

Bubbles is a super sweet and super talented own daughter of Royal Shake Em.
She is currently currently being hauled to a handful of the 2010 futurities and big barrel races. She approx $1000 earnings under her belt so far. This mare is super catty and can mortally fly!! MUST have experienced rider....no exceptions.
Sound with no maintenance! Hauls, clips, shoes, ect.
This mare is also very cowy and has had wheat pasture cattle doctored on her and has drug calves to the fire during branding.

Ty and Happy are kicking butt and taking names. They smoked a run in the barrels and won first at their last highschool rodeo and won second in the poles. Giving Tyesha the All-Around title. Look for these two at the National High School Finals!!!!
**Update- Ty and Happy ended up third in the state (would have one state if not for 1 hit pole out of three runs). This awesome due is headed to Nationals!!!!**

Tyesha and Happy finished 7th at Nationals with (3) clean 20.3 runs!!!! Congratulations!!!
